35th Annual VACVPR Conference

The 35th Annual VACVPR Conference is fast approaching! It will be held January 31 - February 2, 2025 at the William & Mary Professional Development Center, Williamsburg, Va. The conference theme this year is “Heart and Lungs in Harmony: Preventive Strategies for Lifelong Wellness.” We have a fantastic group of speakers who are set to provide us with cutting edge disease prevention research and lifestyle modification information that our members will be able to apply in their daily practice and also in their personal lives. We are excited to have you join us and can't wait to see you there!

Continuing Education Credits

Applications for 10 AACVPR and/or AARC-approved CEUs have been filed and approval is pending. The planning committee members report no relevant financial relationships to disclose. Disclosure statements for all speakers will be provided. Participants must attend all presentations to receive CEU's, for either AACPR or AARC. No partial CEU credits will be offered. 

Hotel Reservations

VACVPR has reserved a block of rooms for your stay at the - Holiday Inn & Suites Williamsburg - Historic Gateway. Please see the link below or call at 757-229-9990 to access hotel room reservations. Rooms have been reserved under a “VACVPR” group block for a discounted rate. The cutoff date to receive the discounted group rate is 1/2/2025. All reservations must be made before this date. The room rate is $109.95 per night (standard) and this year we are excited to offer a limited number of suites for $119.95! There is free on-site hotel parking available.

There are plenty of family friendly restaurants, shops, and the excitement of Colonial Williamsburg to explore just minutes from the hotel!
