Help Shape the Future of Cardiac Rehabilitation Workforce and Program Innovation

 

 

The MacNeal Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is leading a national survey to better understand how internship opportunities can support the future of cardiac rehabilitation. This project is part of the National Association of Chronic Disease Director’s Million Hearts: Preventing Heart Attacks and Strokes with Chronic Disease Directors initiative and is conducted in partnership with AACVPR to support broad dissemination across the field.

 

We invite you to complete a brief 5-8 minute assessment exploring the impact of internship opportunities within cardiac rehabilitation programs.

 

The National Cardiac Rehabilitation Internship Assessment aims to better understand how internships influence staffing models, program efficiency, and overall program success. Your insights will help identify opportunities to strengthen cardiac rehabilitation programs nationwide.

 

 

 

 

Findings will be shared through follow-up communications, presentations at state and national conferences, and partnering with AACVPR to increase awareness and participation.
